The Project aims to develop the soft skills of young people as a means to tackle unemployment among youngsters. Non-formal educational methods have been used to highlight the importance of the 8-key competences that potentially improve soft skills allowing youngster to become more competitive in the labour market. Among the main objectives of the project are:
– Analysis of issues in the EU that affect the risk of youth unemployment
– Improvement of soft skills of young people
– Empowerment of youngsters in order to find or create a job
– Empowerment of youngsters to become entrepreneurs
– Improvement of active participation and active citizenships of young people with fewer opportunities at local, regional, national, European and global level

One of the main activities of the project was a planned visit in Larnaca, Cyprus of youngsters and young leaders from the participating countries – Cyprus, Spain, Greece, Latvia, Italy and Poland – following a series of creative activities, study visits, interventions with experts, learning sessions on tools to create CVs and mobility tools for young people offered by the Erasmus+ and EURES programmes.
