University College Cork Alumni Mentorship Handbook (2021)
This is a comprehensive handbook for the alumni mentorship programme by the university college Cork. The document addresses frequently asked questions, provides guidelines for mentor and mentee and a mentorship “workbook”. It is a very practical approach that enables people interested in the programme (both as mentor and mentee) to perform mentoring in an efficient and effective way. It answers the basic questions on how, when, where etc., outlines the principles of the process and also includes tips for the parties involved.
The “workbook” is a step by step instruction on how to enter and structure the process and provides templates for mentor and mentee for taking notes. At the same time it gives users the liberty to follow the process according to the needs of the participants.
