National mentoring programme
The Secretaria-Geral da Presidência do Conselho de Ministros (SGPCM), in accordance with its duties defined in its Strategic Plan (SP) 2021-2023, is addressing the multi-year objective of “enhancing innovation through (re)qualification and motivation of professionals” by implementing good practices in human resource management.
The Bem-Me-Quer project emerges as a consequence of the SP, aiming at framing, in an integrated way, the various stages of the life of working person, from their arrival at the SGPCM, through their continuous development of skills, along with their well-being and satisfaction.
The Mentoring Programme is the first measure of the Bem-Me-Quer Project, and emerges as a guiding instrument, with a comprehensive set of tools, for integrating new workers in the organic unit or reallocate people to new areas of work, looking for preparing them for their functions, while generating and transmitting knowledge.
