Mentes Empreendedoras (Entrepreneurial Minds)
The Mentes Empreendedoras (Entrepreneurial Minds) programme is aimed at young people in secondary education who, through an experiential training model, develop leadership, autonomy and talent skills, activating the potential to generate an impact on their community, on the society and to enhance the ability to transform and surpass themselves.
The creation of Mentes Empreendedoras Clubs in schools allows these agents of change to be able to create and implement innovative and creative ideas, which enhance their learning, being an inspiration for themselves and others.
The Leadership Fellows programme challenges young university students, professionals, and young executives with the spirit of agent of change, to act as volunteer mentors and inspiration models for the younger ones. The Mentes Empreendedoras team accompanies this entire growth process through monthly meetings, training, and personalised follow-up.
Mentes Empreendedoras fosters a proactive attitude based on active participation, pragmatism, being part of the solution and also critical and alternative thinkers in the face of challenges – skills that are essential in life.
