Generation Talent
This programme focuses on meeting the needs of young people prepared to face the labour and economic transformation that our society is undergoing, in which new professions are appearing every day.
Generation Talent fills the gap that exists between university or vocational training and the current demand from companies, and does so with assets focused on self-knowledge, professional guidance, specialised training and knowledge of companies and their recruitment methodologies, through the Development Centres. The platform also facilitates the possibility of being connected with a community of more than 5,000 active and restless young people who have been or are active in the programme.
Mentoring, professional experiences, online training, mobility aids and a long list of resources and the continuous support of a team of specialised professionals.
