Future Ready Mentoring
United Way Spain in collaboration with Salesforce and thanks to their volunteers, develop this mentoring programme in which unemployed young people, who are part of the YMCA employment programmes, are accompanied during 4/6 sessions in order to face their access to the world of work with the support and expertise of the volunteers. They listen and share with these young people their own experience, knowledge and perspectives on their professional area, providing useful information, helping them to overcome blocks or fears, favouring the consideration of new points of view and perspectives that help them to take steps towards their professional objective, with the greatest probability of success.
