Academia Faz acontecer – Make it happen in life and/or in business
Academia Faz Acontecer promotes the development of personal and professional skills in young people, such as resilience, leadership, proactivity, critical thinking and positive communication, inspiring and empowering the youth to make happen whatever they set out to do.
The Academia Faz Acontecer starts with motivational talks, followed by a bootcamp where young people can structure and develop a model of what they want to make happen, by designing a goal or project and becoming familiar with the personal, interpersonal and professional skills inherent to the spirit of those who make things happen.
The bootcamp is followed by workshops, specialised mentoring sessions and a Municipal Competition, in which the winners gain access to the Faz Acontecer National Competition, which brings together all the winners of the Academia Faz Acontecer throughout the country.
