Faz-te forward – Value what you can do and move into the job market
Faz-Te Forward is a tailor-made training programme that aims to contribute to a greater employability and socio-professional inclusion of young people, focusing on three differentiating factors in job search: transversal personal and social skills, self-knowledge, and networking.
At Faz-Te Forward is given priority to the participation of young people who face more barriers in accessing the labour market, thus promoting greater equity of opportunities to develop their talent.
In addition to training and coaching, in the last months of each edition, Faz-Te Forward includes the opportunity for young people to have individual meetings with a mentor; a successful professional from their talent area, who will share their background and experience.
One of these meetings may be job shadowing, a day in which the young person accompanies the mentor in his/her work context, getting to know the professional reality of his/her area of interest.
